Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet, bright, candied maraschino cherry. Hint of lime zest.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Bright lime that’s sweet – “limeade” like. A slight lime tartness + zest. Then the candied, maraschino cherry comes through that’s vivid.
After Taste: Becomes mostly cherry dominant, with a semi-crisp, fleshy apple base emerging. Some lime tartness in the undertones. A touch of saline notes at the end.
On ice: A bit less carbonation. Slightly lighter overall, maybe a touch less sweet.

Additional Notes:  Shiny’s Cherry Limeade is a taste of summer – bright, candied and authentic to the source drink it is inspired from. Starting off more lime focused, the cherry quickly comes through tasting maraschino and candied-like. It becomes mostly cherry after that, into the finish, with a hint of the lime tartness remaining. The apple base is mostly noticeable in the ending, as the cherry unwinds. A sweeter cider, it’s not excessively sweet.
