Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Semi-sour apple with caramel elements. Smooth and creamy caramel.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation, Quick semi-sweet and semi-acidic crisp apples (somewhat like a Granny Smith). Mild Caramel
After Taste: Caramel grows and becomes very dominant in the aftertaste. Apple becomes more candied at the finish. Creamy, satisfying ending.
On ice: Slightly less flavour.
Additional Notes: Shiny’s Caramel is a two layer cider. 1) A semi-sweet, slightly acidic apple that is very crisp upfront and 2) a creamy caramel, similar to the caramel squares that are popular in halloween candy (with some apple, of course). A lot of pop in this one. Creamy, sweet and very smooth.
