Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Bright and Juicy apples. Hints of caramel. Fementation.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Decently tannic. Creamy apples that have some bright elements but also a sharp acidity. Some light floral elements.
After Taste: Become more cellard in the aftertaste. Apple weakens, fermentation elements more obvious. Caramelization. Mouthfeel lighter here. Long lingering.
On ice: Reduced overall, dramatically less dry and gripping.

Additional Notes:  This edition in the Danforth Road series by Loch Mór Cider this time features the single varietal Kingston Black (A traditional UK cider apple).  Slightly floral with some balanced but semi-forward tannins, It’s dry, bright with a bit of acidity. A long lingering aftertaste that is more fermented apple in a finish, it has a bit of a caramelized finish. Easy to drink but high in alcohol at almost 8%. For being a very traditional tannic cider, its one of the easier, more sessionable ones to drink without compromising on quality or style  On ice takes away much of the characteristics.
