Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Tart blueberry with some pomegranate notes. Acetic.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Balanced dessert apples with a mix of tart blueberry and pomegranate flavours. Somewhat clean with a hint of earthiness. Medium-dry with some acidity.
After Taste: Apple dissipates leaving a more berry and pomegranate finish that is long lingering. Very juicy finish.
On ice: less carbonation, more adjunct focused. Slightly cleaner. 

Additional Notes:  The KW Blueberry Pomegranate is a balanced flavoured cider to start that sheds the dessert apple base somewhat quickly, with a stronger pomegranate and blueberry finish. Some acidity and earthiness, it’s medium dry.  Tartness and acidity upfront, that distract the fruit flavours off the start – thats why it becomes more juicy in the finish once these elements reduce.
