Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Toasted, earthy honey. Pulpy sharp apple.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. A syrupy blend of berries, blackberry and raspberry most noticeable. Toasted honey. Green apple and fleshy apple characteristics.
After Taste: Honey becomes more smoky and toasted in nature. Apple is a bit more green tasting and tart. Some mild mixed berry notes here that linger, with a bit of an earthy berry note coming through here too.
On ice: Less crisp. Slightly less sugary/thinner bodied.

Additional Notes: D’ont Poke the Bear’s Wildberry Honey is a unique cider that weirdly makes us think of something from our childhood in the 90s. The wildberries taste more artificial and syrupy in nature, being more so a “generic red berry” note, but blackberry and raspberry most noticeable for singular fruits detectable. What makes this stand out is the heavier honey presence, that is toasted/smoky in nature, that is the strongest note we found in this. The apple base leans more tart, with granny smith-like characteristics.
