Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Bright, juicy, semi-tart apple. Pear and mango notes.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Golden, yellow peel with a bit of earthy grit. Slightly tart, pretty tangy and off-dry. Saline. Pear drop.
After Taste: Apple becomes slightly softer, smoother. High minerality here. Semi-long lingering.
On ice: Reduced body. Weakened but not altered flavour.

Additional Notes: Using only Goldrush apples, the Goldrush by Carolinia a bright, unique single varietal. It’s a crisp, tangy cider that features a lot of golden/yellow apple peel + a bit of natural grit. It is, however, still bright and clean. Featuring pear drop-like notes, it also is heavy on minerality towards the end. Off dry but naturally sweet tasting.
