Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Creamy, ripe peach with a hint of pit. Mild apple.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from carbonation. A simple, dessert apple base. Overripe peach that’s very natural tasting to start.
After Taste: Peach becomes brighter and the flavour and body becomes creamier and lighter. Mild fleshy apple in a long-lingering aftertaste.
On ice: Lighter and slightly brighter on ice
Additional Notes: Busl’s Apple-Peach Cider is a simple, but easy going cider experience. With a very natural and seemingly not sweetened peach, it is a bit overripe tasting in the beginning, moving to a slightly brighter experience in the end. It also becomes creamier as it goes. The apple base is familiar for Busl, and simple in its fleshy, dessert apple elements. A lighter cider overall, elements are respectfully balanced, not too bold in any way.
