Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Pulpy mango and ripe passionfruit. Semi-sweet.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Blend of clean apple, semi-sharp with a strong juicy passionfruit and mango blend. Slightly-candided.
After Taste: Becomes more apple and mango forward in the build aftertaste. At the end you wonder if you even had any cider, as its primary fresh mango finish, with zingy passionfruit notes holding on too.
On ice: Minimal change, slightly less fruity.
Additional Notes: Brickwork’s Mango Passionfruit is an intense fruit cider – one may even call it a juice bomb. Bright and strong passionfruit kick off the initial sip, which has a bright but not overly noticeable clean apple cider base. This very long lingering cider turns to a fresh and juicy mango finish, almost as creamy as you would find natural mango juice. Lots of zippy, tart passionfruit throughout also. If you like a sweet and fruity cider that’s very clean, this one’s for you.
