Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet, candied cherry (like a cherry blaster)
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation + acidity. Strong sweet, candied cherry. Sharp apple base. Some mild bitterness.
After Taste: Cherry becomes slightly more dry. Familiar KW apple base really comes through. Long lingering cherry and fermentation flavour.
On ice: Less carbonation. Tastes less alcoholic.

Additional Notes:  KW Craft’s Wild Cherry is the spring-release cider you need to celebrate the warming weather, made with montmorency cherries Niagara. With a candied, sweet cherry flavour throughout, it gives us some serious cherry blaster vibes but its not too sweet. It has a very familiar KW Craft Cider dry apple base that we love in their original flagship cider. Very sharp flavours – including noticeable fermentation elements – with some tingly carbonation, make this a very satisfying flavoured hard cider to consume.
