We did an interview with Mitchell McCurdy – creator of the perry-based Ev’s Eclectics. They sell their products virtually through Drink Collab, where their products are showcased and sold with fellow-minded alcohol entrepreneurs, but we visited Marynissen Estates Winery where they produce it out of.
