Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild smell. Dry white wine smell with cinnamon and nutmeg notes. Some apple aromas
Initial Taste: Quick presence of cinnamon and nutmeg flavours. Slightly warms the palate. Has the dryness of a white wine. Variety of apple tastes comes through.  Astringent.
After Taste: Bitterness of the cloves comes through. Dry wine flavour and sensation remains on the palate. Flavours linger long with the stringency remaining. Apple flavours become faint quickly.
On ice: Flavour doesn’t change much, becomes slightly more tart and watered-down

Additional Notes: This wine is definitely an intermediate drink between a wine and a cider, having definitive elements of both. It is a very warming drink that would be perfect for a sunny fall dinner.
