Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Thick, medium to strong smell of beer with a secondary smell of creamy apple pulp.
Initial Taste: Medium bite, apple taste (Very little lager/beer taste)
After Taste: Taste finishes with an apple tingle, somewhat syrupy.
On ice: Less carbonation, smoother drink.
Additional Notes: What smells like a beer tastes much more like a cider. Mad Jack apple lager could easily be mistaken for a cider, which is probably the case. With little taste of hops, is surprises you with its mild, smooth taste.
Comparison to Hard Core Apple version: Hard core is sweeter with a bit more kick in the carbonation. Original has a bit more of a malty taste.

why i cant find any of those beer in the corner store were i already buy them there ?
Different Provinces, States and Countries have a variety of different liquor laws. Some will allow you to sell Cider or Beer at a corner store, others will not. It varies from location and, depending on the store, what the store is willing to offer from its supplier.
Where can I go to order a case of Mad Jack with all 6 different flavours?
Never seen it available outside of a 3 pack, here in Canada at least. Sorry!
You can buy them (mixed packs) at the NLC in Newfoundland… not sure if you can order online or not.
I don’t seem to be able to purchase mad jack original apple lager in any of the stores or liquor stores in my area any more. I am from marystown, NL. Loved this product and it vanished over night. Now all that is carried is hard apple and other flavours. Could you please explain why this has happened.
