Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong extra sweet apple pulp/flesh smell
Initial Taste:  Light bite, smooth sweet apple.
After Taste: after initial taste, quick burst of smooth.  Long lasting and fimly taste.
On ice: Carbination and taste cut dramatically.

Additional Notes:  With a hint of an ale taste, this long lasting beverage offers a different option.  A bit thicker then a typical cider, it could replace a commercially produced one, even though it has a beer base.
