Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet, pulpy apple. Crisp, traditional sweet apple smell.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Somewhat sweet but bright and semi-sharp.  Smooth, creamy apples – including some yellow variety characteristics. Almost some pear elements.
After Taste: Long lingering as apple slowly reduces and leaves a few fermentation notes. Some grassy elements also.
On ice: Reduced boozy elements

Additional Notes: This pulpy, juice-forward Wards Cider is the Original from their lineup.  It’s smooth, creamy and light with bright apples and some natural sweetness.  It becomes less boozy and almost pure juice on ice. It lingers a bit in the mouth, but wouldn’t impact many foods. Crushable and summery. Traditional and crisp with a very pleasant acidity. Off-sweet, but very nataurally tasting so.
