Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet, crisp, pulpy dessert apple. Bright.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from carbonation, some acidity. Bright fleshy gala apple. Clean body and notes. Some natural sweetness. Starfruit and other tropical like notes.
After Taste: Becomes more apple focused and softer body as crispness loses its grip on the palate. Clean finish.
On ice: Slightly reduced body + carbonation. Minimal flavour change.
Additional Notes: Vieni’s Cider Gala cider is made with Gala apples from their estate. Galas being known for their natural crisp sweetness, this cider highly reflects this apple’s key characteristics. Seemingly having only the sugars naturally found in the cider, it still leans dry. Its crisp, bright and a clean body. Features some unique notes like starfruit and other tropical-like notes. An easy to drink cider that light bodied and very apple focused.
