Smell: Medium aroma. Bright, juicy, fresh peach. A touch of dessert apple.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Semi-tart, fresh, early-season peach juice. Slightly candied, but is a medium sweetness. Apple base is fleshy, culinary focused.  Clean with no funk.
After Taste: Peach becomes drier, smoother. Apples are a bit more obvious here. Clean finish, with faint peach notes lingering.
On ice: Less sweet. Shorter flavour profile.

Additional Notes: The Perth Farmhouse’s Peach Cider is a very approachable, fresh-tasting peach offering. Approximately a medium sweetness, it’s actually less sweet than you’d expect for the style – not extra-sweetened like some peach ciders on the market. The peaches taste a bit candied, but vivid and natural. The apple base is fleshy, clean and tastes dessert-focused. A smooth, very approachable cider that would appeal to many.
