Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Semi-sweet, crisp apple. Hint of fermentation.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Smooth, semi-creamy crisp apples. Some sweetness, some brightness.  A modern offering thats bright, off-sweet but not sugary.  Soft with some pulp, almost some pear-like notes.
After Taste: Apple peel notes become a bit more noticeable, as the sweetness dissipates. 
On ice: Much thinner, less juicy.

Additional Notes: The Original Dry by The Perth Farmhouse is their first offering, a creamy, easy to drink modern cider.   Some sweetness, its uplifting, pulpy with almost some pear-like elements.  A little more apple peel in the aftertaste, it lingers a while.  Easy to consume and quite clean; as it warms up, it becomes a bit more earthy.
