Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Acetic pear with some peach. Little bit of funk
Initial Taste: Light bite. Smooth bright, and semi-clean peach with a slightly funky pear. Liquor notes and body here. Toasted caramelized peach upfront.
After Taste: Peach reduces and pear becomes slightly more present.  Semi-funky, pear but still light and bright. Not a very long aftertaste.
On ice: Slightly watered down and a bit cleaner

Additional Notes:  The Peachy Pear by Spirit Tree is a flavoured perry that is summer-focused but still on brand for Spirit Tree’s portfolio’s depth and traditional elements. Slightly bright, it’s smooth with a touch of funkiness. Peach a little more upfront but gives way to a smooth pear. Peach tastes a bit liquor-like. Slightly thicker, more syrupy mouthfeel than other ciders.  Quick and clean finish.
