Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Warm, semi-sharp spices. Plump pumpkin. Dessert apple. Slight acetic note
Initial Taste: Light bite. Sharp spicing, in particular clove and nutmeg. Light pumpkin that is creamy and some smooth, pulpy apples are present but not intense.
After Taste: Becomes more pulpy and smooth in the aftertaste. Spices are lingering longer – especially the clove grip.
On ice: Flavour and carbonation reduced, thinner
Additional Notes: Slabtown’s Pumpkin Spice cider is semi strong on smell, and a little bit more mild and smooth when poured. A blend of creamy dessert apples, light, plump (not earthy) pumpkin flavour and a medley of spices that are balanced – but lean a bit more sharp- and not overly bold. The cider is easy to drink with a lot of natural flavours that are not too bold. Very festive and warm for fall.
