Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Dry and tart cherry. Some sour apple.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from acidity, strong tart Montmorency Cherry-like notes with some sweet apple.
After Taste: Apple reduces. Cherry becomes drier and more tart, somewhat syrupy. Extremely long lasting.
On ice: Reduced carbonation and slight flavour. Thinner mouth feel but overall still very strong. 

Additional Notes:  The Legendary Cherry by Slabtown is a bold, dry cherry offering. Very tart and thick, it has a stronger cherry flavour than many others in the Ontario market. More cherry juice than apple based, it is not a traditional cider. Major cherry jolly rancher vibes. Depth of some red wine varieties.
