Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet, clean apple. Mango hint.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Quick clean and pulpy, acidic apple. Slightly tangy and tannic.
After Taste: Apple continues and becomes more acidic and tart. Hints of honey and lime. Dry finish.
On ice: Less apple. Thinner body.

Additional Notes:  The Founder’s Dry by Slabtown is an acidic, clean and straightforward apple cider. Very crisp, the natural acidity from the apple grows as the drink goes on. Bitter sharp apple notes galore, being slightly pulpy tasting but very clean overall. Vague unique hints of lime and honey finish off the drink. A dry but bright apple taste from start to finish. Has that standard Slabtown apple base taste to it.
