Smell: Medium aroma. Fresh peach with some bright apples. Smells like a fruit wine.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Smooth, semi-creamy peaches – flesh and skin. With a light, dessert apple base. Bright but a heavier, syrupy mouthfeel.
After Taste: More peach in the aftertaste that is on the sweeter side. Hint of fermentation elements to remind you it is alcoholic. Clean finish.
On ice: Slight reduction in carbonation and flavour
Additional Notes: Shiny’s Peach Light is a smooth, creamy clean peach cider. You get all aspects of the peach – skin, flesh and juice thats a bit thicker. Apples are bright. Sweeter but not sugary. A clean finish.
