Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Sharp, crisp apple. Some sulphur notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Sharp, slightly funky and acetic apples upfront with some sulphur notes.
After Taste: Apple dissipates leaving a dry, sulphur finish that’s got a bunch of fermentation elements.  Slightly farmhouse like, and earthier in the aftertaste.
On ice: Minimal change on ice.

Additional Notes:  The Sterling Fruit Farms Cider (Saltbox Brewing Co) is a bright, sharp cider with a lot of earthy and dank elements. Sulphur focused, its a little harsh at times but still light (even at 6.6%).Dank aftertaste lingers a long time. Red apple and traditional in production elements.
