Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Semi-sweet. bright apples. Light floral aspects.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. A quickly crisp, semi-acidic base. Sharp apples, that have a natural sweetness to them. Hints of orange blossom.
After Taste: As acidity dwindles, the apples become creamier. Mild floral aspects here, along with fermentation. Some lingering apple notes but not overly longlasting.
On ice: Watered down flavours and elements.
Additional Notes: Rise & Ruin’s Daydreamer Cider is a naturally-tasting semi-sweet cider, that has unique floral and orange blossom notes to it. A very spring-oriented cider in our opinions due to the fresh floral notes, its light, with an intriguing acidity. Apples are sharp, and somewhat crisp.
