On ice: Reduced body and flavour. Less blueberry-wine like.
Additional Notes: Muskoka Lakes’s Pique Blueberry Piquette 2021 is a very wine-like experience, with a boozy base. Tasting like jammy, muddled, wild blueberries, they are dominant throughout, with some acidic apple there – including a green apple-like hint. Becomes drier towards the finish, with some earthiness to it emerging here. Ice in it makes it more cider-like and with a thinner body.
