Smell: Medium aroma. Crisp, tannic, heirloom apples. Vivid and semi-bright. Mild funk.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. A quick, tangy, extra crisp apple. Bittersharp and traditional cider apple characteristics. Some tannins, acidity and natural bitterness. Very juicy.
After Taste: Apples become softer, other bolder elements reduce. A welcoming farmhouse note emerges. Becomes brighter, and a bit less dry. Clean finish after a long presence.
On ice: Reduced mouthfeel. A “cleaner” tasting apple on ice.
