Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild aroma. Pulpy, bright apple. Fresh apple skin.
Initial Taste: No bite. Quick, fresh tasting apples. A soft, peel-focused flavour. Red and green apple characteristics.
After Taste: Becomes much more pulpy in the aftertaste with lingering peel notes.
On ice: Minimal change. Slightly watered down.

Additional Notes:  Lakeshore Cider’s Dockside non-carbonated cider tastes like it was just pressed! With minimal alcohol notes and almost a pure fresh apple cider flavour, you wonder where the 4.5% ABV is in this! Very clean, it starts very peel focused, with some red and green characteristics. It becomes more flesh-oriented in the finish, ending also bright and clean. With no carbonation, it really allows for the apple notes to shine and not be masked.
