On ice: Reduced carbonation, acidity and tannins. Slightly sweeter.
Additional Notes: Kings Mill Russet Heritage is a wonderfully forceful offering that can satisfy everyone from longtime cider connoisseurs to new cider fans. Very juicy, it is tannic and acidic, delighting the taste buds with a lot to dissect, and yet somehow still very smooth to drink. The apple notes are bright and clear. A dry cider with a lot of heritage fruit grit.
