Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. A natural bright, pulpy and crisp apple. 
Initial Taste: Light bite. Crisp, semi-sharp apples that are extra clean upfront. Pulpy with a touch of peel. Not many alcohol elements with a cutting carbonation that adds extra depth.
After Taste: Becomes a bit more earthy and peel focused as the apple dissipates. Average length aftertaste with some apple concentrate notes in the finish
On ice: Minimal change.

Additional Notes:  Joli Rouge’s first, unnamed, “Original” offering is an extra crisp, easy to drink cider that is clean, juicy and simple. With almost no alcoholic taste, it has a stronger, biting carbonation level that leaves a tingle in your mouth.   Becoming a bit earthy in the aftertaste, it has a little bit of that juice finish as well.  Very classic and clean.
