Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Pulpy, soft, dessert apples. Tangy.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Bright, smooth, crisp apples – a medley of dessert apple notes. Tingly. Honey-like note. Some natural sweetness.
After Taste: Apples flavours remain mostly the same, maybe become a bit less sweet, and they slowly dwindle. Some apple notes linger on the palate.
On ice: Thinner body. A mild reduction in flavour. Acidity is a bit sharper.

Additional Notes:  Hounds of Erie Top Dog Cider is a naturally sweet (no sugar added) cider that is crisp and bursting with a medley of dessert apple notes. It remains strong on the apple flavours from start to finish, with some mild honey-like notes (despite no honey added). Apple notes are bright, crisp and with a balanced acidity from the fruit. Sweeter but far from the commercialized offerings.
