Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet, pulpy bright apples. Crisp and acidity. Clean.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Semi-sweet, tangy and crisp apples appear very quickly. Bittersharp apples that pop, with some heritage-like tannins. Mild maple and woody hints. Citrus-like acidity.
After Taste: Remains very apple forward. Apple really pops. Clean finish. Honey notes.
On ice: Mild reduction in carbonation. Flavour remains the same.

Additional Notes:  Best in Show by Hounds of Erie is a very brilliant apple forward cider that really pops with flavour and clarity. Being clean, it still has some tannic depth. Tangy, crisp and ultra refreshing. Bright apples make it taste sweeter but it has no added sugar. Wide consumer appeal to this offering.
