Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell:  Light aroma. Lime and sweet apple blend. Some salty elements.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Sweet apples with a hint of sugared-lime and saline. Bright and crisp upfront.
After Taste: Apple dissipates and more flavours become noticeable. Lime and others are light but balanced and long lingering. Slightly drier.
On ice: Lime and intensity reduced, same sweet profile. 

Additional Notes:  The Ms. Sour Rita by Flair Cider (of some Toronto origins) is a very sweet, easy to consume take on a margarita.  The lime is much more candied and sweet, making more of an appearance in the aftertaste then upfront. Apple is sugary and bright.  Not really sour as promised, slight tartness from the citrus in the aftertaste. More of a RTD then a Cider.
