Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Fruit punch and grape juice. Mild citrus and funk.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation, semi-tingly. Acidic. Sugared fruit punch. Some red grapes notes.
After Taste: Fruits become less sweet, but an artificial sweetener-like taste emerges. Mild apple base peaks through. Some dankness here. Lingering grape notes.
On ice: More dank and harsh on ice – less sweet.

Additional Notes:  Flair’s Inaugural Los Sangria Cider is available at select grocery stores in Ontario. It invokes memories of the juice boxes you may have enjoyed as a kid. A generic fruit medley with grape notes most obvious. Has some artificial sweetener-like flavour notes (but we are unsure if it actually contains any/is unlikely looking at the ingredients). Mild apple emerges in the finish. Some funk/dankness to it. Less sweet as it goes. Ice brings out more undesirable notes – we’d recommend to consume without.

This is my favourite Sangria and I can’t find it anymore. Zhers used to carry it. Where else can I purchase?

You may want to reach out directly to Flair Cider for inventory availabilities. But I recently saw it at my local Loblaws in Ottawa so it would seem it is still being purchased by the company.
