Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Fresh, juicy strawberry, slightly creamy. Hint of apple.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from carbonation. Strawberry juice that’s natural, tart and more on the dry side. Crisp apple base.
After Taste: Becomes more apple focused. Strawberry tastes more wine-like and even drier here.
On ice: Cider tastes watered down. Less carbonation. Less sweetness.
Additional Notes: Fielding Cider’s Fresh Strawberry Spritz is a clean and natural tasting strawberry flavoured fruit cider. A decently dry cider overall, it features a bunch of strawberry juice that tastes natural and unmanipulated. It is decently balanced between both fruits however, with a crisp apple base. A bit creamy, but leans more fresh strawberry juice/jam-like. A lighter cider at 4% and in body, but not in flavour experience.
