Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong, floral and fruity with some dessert apples and blackberry.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation.  Uplifting smooth blackberry and hibiscus floral notes.  Dessert apples are semi-sweet. Some bubblegum elements.
After Taste: Becomes more bubblegum-like in nature, long lasting and a candied finish. Lingering blackberry notes.

Additional Notes:  The Hibiscus Rosé from Eden Garden is a light, upbeat and fruity cider that’s easy to drink, but very commercially-oriented. Sweet but not overtly sugary, there is a lot character.  Has almost a bubble gum-like taste throughout. With a blackberry infusion that lasts awhile, it also features fun, floral notes from the hibiscus. Easy to drink.
