Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium  Sour apples
Initial Taste:
Small bite, dissipates fast, Hint of apples
After Taste: After taste lingers long in the mouth, somewhat musty.
On ice: On ice looses a bit of taste and most of the bite and tartness. Becomes very light with minimal taste.

Additional Notes:  A light taste of apple and some fermentation process, its got Quebec taste written all over it.  Quite the basic Quebec cider.
