Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Bright apple, natural sweetness to it. Strong pear-like notes.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Bright golden russet notes forward. Crisp, some tannins. Melon and honey-like notes. Farmhouse hints.
After Taste: Apple becomes drier, smoother. Pear-like notes with a tangy apple finish.
On ice: Minimal to no difference.

Additional Notes:  Daughters Cider Golden Russet is a bright, tangy, decently crisp single-varietal cider. It is golden russet heavy in taste, but done so brighter than similar ciders we’ve had. With some tannins, it’s crisp and tangy, with unique alternative notes like honey, melon and pear showing up for us along the way. A natural apple sweetness guides the journey, and it becomes drier as it goes on. Tasting as golden as the colour, it delivers heavy on the titular fruit.  A very easy-to-drink Golden Russet single varietal.
