Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Earthy hops. Gritty. Mild dry apple.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Bright apple with a strong citra-hop presence. Apple dissipates quickly.
After Taste: When apple is gone, left with pine and bitter hops with some citrus elements. Long lingering.
On ice: Thinner body. Loses a lot of hopped energy.
Additional Notes: The County Cider’s Legacy Series Hopped is a strongly hopped offering. Almost crunchy from the citrus hops, this would especially appeal to beer (IPA) drinkers and more. Lots of pine elements with a bright but dry apple, its long lingering and slightly earthy. Ice smooths out the hops.
