Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild – sweet and musty. Hints of raspberry. Has a dry and semi-astringent aroma.
Initial Taste: Still cider with no bite. Light, tart raspberry flavour.
After Taste: Dry, wine like finish. Apples are more prevalent in the finish. Hints of strawberry.
On Ice: A little less raspberry flavour on ice.
Additional Notes: This raspberry cider offers a different taste to a typical similar flavoured ciders with it being completely still. This aperitif-category cider has light hints of raspberry and strawberry, that adds a semi-sweet but subtle taste. With it being completely still, we feel it is closer to a raspberry wine then a cider.
