Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild to medium smell of sweet apple; w/ a hint of mixed berries
Initial Taste:  Acidic head. Tart with a bit of cherry and cranberry as quick first flavours
After Taste: Fermentation process prevalent in the aftertaste. Finishes with apple and more cranberry.  Not overly long-lasting flavours. Semi-dry finish. Hints of honey in the aftertaste.
On ice: slightly less flavour on-ice, but properties remain the same.

Additional Notes:  Building off their original hit cider, the Rubee is a semi-dry cider that features the tartness of the cranberry flavours without compromise. Having a strong tannin presence, this cider is refreshing and not too sweet or sour.

I’m not sure how you’ve done it, somehow you’ve created the cider of my dreams. As an avid cider connaisseur, I’ve tasted even the best Somerset, England has to offer. Yet, you’ve captured Victory in a bottle and for that I salute you! Bravo et bon courage!
