Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Pulpy apple. Hint of strawberry.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Semi-sour apples. Tart, juicy strawberries with some natural sweetness. Creamy base.
After Taste: Becomes more strawberry focused as it goes on. Apples become drier. Ends creamy with not too long of a profile.
On ice: Minimal change. A slight bit less flavour.

Additional Notes:  Core Values Shortcake Cider is a bright, juicy strawberry cider with a bit of tartness from that and the apples. Its a very front-heavy flavour profile, with the majority of the flavour upfront. Lactose is added (potential allergen alert), making it a bit creamy, which contrasts with the tartness of the fruits, but works complimentary.
