Cider Crate Notes

Smell: Medium, sweet musty apple aroma – more peel then flesh. Some dank elements
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Strong acidic presence. Light, tangy, dry apple present with most of the flavour coming from the fermentation process. Some acidity and funk. 
After Taste: Becomes more dry as time passes, with some increased juicy apple notes. Some metallic elements in the aftertaste.
On ice:  Carbonation is cut with slight reduction in fermentation process flavours noticable.  Aftertaste dissipates quicker.

Additional Notes:  A semi-dry, musty cider – with a strong presence of the fermentation process – makes this cider lean towards the craftier side of the scale.  Simple, with a very natural apple flavour and strong acidic elements, the Coastline Craft Cider has similar characteristics to its Atlantic brethren.
