Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet raspberry. Hint of lemon zest. Minimal apple.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Muddled raspberries. Bright apple. Lemon juice. Peachy-like notes. Some minor natural sugars.
After Taste: Lemon becomes drier, more pulpy. Some fermentation notes.
On ice: Much less sweet and crisp.

Additional Notes:  Clafeld’s Raspberry Lemonade is a co-fermented cider with lemons, raspberries and apples. It starts off with a muddled raspberry that isn’t too sweet. Some bright and a little sharp apples and bright lemon juice here too. The lemon becomes more pulpy as it goes on. It tastes like a freshly pressed raspberry lemonade with a vodka in it, because of the boozy and fermentation notes it ends on.
