Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Pulpy, acidic apples with tea elements and a hint of berry
Initial Taste: Light bite but no carbonation. Semi-crisp apple, clean that is overtaken by berry-focused tea, that seemingly includes blackberry notes. Semi-tannic (including tea tannins) and a fruity and lactonic tang.
After Taste: Lingers a long time, with the tea taking over the apple completely. Dry but still holding some of the berry elements right to the end.
On ice: Less apple character, and thinner. More of an ice tea.

Additional Notes:  As part of their steeped tea series (6 in total) the Georgian Bay Berry by Clafeld features Pluck Tea infusions.  As a still cider, it has a quick, crisp and semi-sharp apple that is overtaken by a berry flavoured tea.   A bit of tannins, alongside a tanginess, finishes all tea, basically no apple.  Ice removes a lot of the flavour, as you could most likely tell with the difference in colour as the ice melts and dilutes. Tastes a bit creamy and lactonic.
