Smell: Strong aroma. Bright dessert apples that are fresh. Medium honey. Cantaloupe hints.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Sweet and soft dessert apples, mostly flesh. Creamy honey. Mild acidity and crisp. Banana and cantaloupe notes.
After Taste: Becomes slightly drier. Acidity weakens. Candied apples, hints of granny smith notes. Honey lingers awhile.
On ice: A little less acidity and crispness. Little flavour change.
Additional Notes: Chudleigh’s Hint of Honey is a soft but very flavourful, crisp hard apple cider. With a nice honey note throughout, it adds sweetness and some unique notes. Apples seem mostly dessert and fleshly, with a hint of granny smith tang in the finish. A tingly acidity delights.
