Smell: Medium aroma. Bright, sweet, crisp bitter sharp apples. Pear-like notes.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Quick burst of light, bright apples. Soft, dessert apple medley.
After Taste: Apple flavour continues the same but dissipates. More peel notes come through. Mild tonic notes. Crisp, semi-clean finish.
On ice: Almost eliminates the carbonation. Reduced flavour.

Additional Notes:  Chill Street’s Skinny Dippin’ is a very light, soft, and bright apple cider. Runs more sweet but not sugary, it has wide commercial appeal. A very delicate apple medley tickles the palate from start to finish. An approachable cider, especially for new hard cider fans. Falls very well into the Nova Scotia style of ciders.
