Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Heavy pumpkin and heavy spicing including clove and cardamom. Some acidity. 
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation and acidity. Quick spicing including strong cardamom and clove, mild cinnamon. Acidity and acetic notes. Some red and green apple peel notes. Natural medium pumpkin.
After Taste: Once acidity and harsher elements weaken, a creamy pumpkin comes through. Apple base also adds green apple notes. Spices linger awhile once pumpkin and apple clean out, mostly cinnamon.
On ice: Reduced carbonation. Acidity and spices weakened, pumpkin has more clarity.

Additional Notes:  Chill Street’s Hocus Pocus is a fall-inspired Pumpkin Spice offering that is far from being basic! With a heavy acidity and harsher elements to start, including some bitterness and a strong presence from clove and cardamom, it becomes much smoother in the finish – showing a creamy pumpkin and delightful lingering cinnamon notes. We got both green and red apple peel notes in this cider as well. It’s a journey cider.
