Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium, musty single sweet apple smell.
Initial Taste: Mild bite, sweet to start. Acidic elements that fade.
After Taste: Becomes tangy with more of an apple-peel flavour. Some musty lingering notes with hints of sour. Finishes semi-dry with a light hint of wine-like features.
On ice: Carbonation is reduced by quite a lot and becomes more acidic. Flavour remains similar

Additional Notes: A classic traditional cider, with hints of tanginess and more acidic elements then similar ‘middle of the road’, traditional ciders.  Starts sweet and finishes semi-dry but overall still very juicy in taste and feel.
