Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Earthy. Plump strawberry. Mild sweetness and apple.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Muddled strawberries that are straight from the earth and yet soft. Light dessert apples here with pulpy elements.
After Taste: Apple base becomes more obvious. Kiss of a light apple maple at the finish.
On ice: Minimal change, slightly less flavour.
Additional Notes: The Sweet Lips by Bonnieheath is a lighter but still forceful offering. Strawberry is the strongest element upfront, more sweet apple focused in the finish. A slight hint of maple at the end. Flavourful but also soft and a hug in the mouth. Great for summer.
