Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet apple, citra hops and sea salt
Initial Taste: Minimal bite, A touch of sharp apple becomes it quickly becomes all hops and saline. Quite gritty with some earthy elements. Limey-like citrus notes here.
After Taste: Hops becomes more earthy and salt aftertaste really stays on the palate. Kelp notes. Salty lips linger.
On ice: Less body, almost more salty on ice.

Additional Notes:  Block Three’s Offshoot Sea Breeze is a very salty and citra hopped offering with their original dry cider. This one is intense, with a lot of earthy and woody hops, followed by a very salty mid and after-taste.  Only a hint of sharp and bright apples upfront.  Not a beginner cider.  Gose beer fans may like it because of the saline and hops. Made with sea salt, Sea Breeze is an appropriate name as its like sea air/salt water sometimes.
